Monarq Caviar orders are shipped via DHL Express to ensure product quality. Special packaging keeps the caviar cool throughout transport. After ordering, you'll receive a confirmation email with a DHL tracking number. Deliveries are made within 24 hours and require the recipient's presence.

What happens after I place an order?

Once your order is received, you'll get a confirmation email detailing your online purchases. If there are any issues, contact customer service at support@monarq.ch. You can also reach out through our online chat using your order number.

Can I receive my delivery during the weekend?

DHL Express operates only on business days. Orders placed on Friday are shipped the following Monday. For weekend delivery, contact us through our online chat, email, or phone to arrange a special service.

What is your exchange or return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of caviar, we cannot accept returns or exchanges post-confirmation. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us via online chat or email for prompt resolution.

What temperature should I store caviar at?

Upon receiving your order, the caviar should be refrigerated immediately. To ensure optimal quality, keep it between -2 and +4 degrees Celsius. It is recommended to open the box 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

How long can I keep caviar?

Once opened, caviar can be kept for 2-4 days. If the tin remains unopened, refer to the expiration date on the label at the back of the tin for its shelf life.
